The Invitational Regatta aims to create a venue to meet corporate marketing and sales goals, to provide a social and entertainment environment, and to stage an exciting sporting challenge on the open sea.

Sponsor packages vary depending on the level of involvement and associated benefits. They range from secondary on-shore social event sponsorships to primary yacht sponsorships. There are opportunities for companies to become exclusive suppliers of goods and services. Select packages also include limited spectator "ride-along" slots on the racing boats, passes on spectator boats, and tickets to the many social functions throughout the three-day event.
